Do I have to buy equipment through Dashy? +
No. You can use your own camera or purchase through us. We're authorized resellers for Thinkware, BlackVue, Samsara and more. If you buy through us, we can often bundle equipment + install for a better deal.
What's included in the installation price? +
Our labor price covers professional hidden-wire installation, camera mounting and alignment, power connection, app setup, and a full walkthrough. Equipment is sold separately.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and can arrange financing for fleet orders. Payment is due at the time of installation.
Are there any monthly fees? +
Installation is a one-time cost. If you purchase equipment with cloud features, those subscriptions are managed directly with the manufacturer.
What if I'm not satisfied? +
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our labor. If you're not completely happy with your installation, we'll make it right or refund your installation fee.
