3. Phone and SMS Communications
When you submit a quote request with your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Dashy about your request, your quote, and appointment scheduling. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to stop calling by telling us during a call or contacting us using the information below. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and as otherwise described below:
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which stores your quote and contact information so we can respond to and manage your request.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads): we use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking tags, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel on the Site and Meta's Conversions API on our server to measure ads and conversions. When we send conversion events server-side, identifiers such as your email address or phone number are hashed (converted into a non-readable form) before being sent to Meta, in accordance with Meta's requirements.
- Netlify: our website hosting and serverless-function provider, which processes form submissions and server-side events on our behalf.
- Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dashy, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: if Dashy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide services, maintain business and warranty records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
