Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and as otherwise described below:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector): our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which stores your quote and contact information so we can respond to and manage your request.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and Ads): we use Google Tag Manager to manage tracking tags, Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure our advertising.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel on the Site and Meta's Conversions API on our server to measure ads and conversions. When we send conversion events server-side, identifiers such as your email address or phone number are hashed (converted into a non-readable form) before being sent to Meta, in accordance with Meta's requirements.
• Netlify: our website hosting and serverless-function provider, which processes form submissions and server-side events on our behalf.
• Legal and safety: we may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dashy, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: if Dashy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
